Ahhh….the holidays -
A time like none other: bringing joy, gratitude, and special moments with those we love. Unfortunately, it can also deliver massive stress, conflicts between our values and actions, and poor health choices.
Time to Create balance.
Every year around this time, I vow to be different. This year, I say to myself, this year I will focus only on what truly matters. I won’t get caught up in commercial ideas of the season or allow myself to stress out about details. And every year, the commitment to do those things is tested...it’s tough! Even the things we value most about the holidays - special time with friends and family, good food and fun get-togethers, etc. - can knock us off our commitment to overall health and wellbeing.
So this year, I’ve decided to change the game...by adding a game. I’m bringing in what I believe is one of the most important elements of successfully reaching one’s goals…

This Six-week Online Holiday Challenge is designed to be lighthearted - to give you practical ways to engage in your everyday just a little differently, without adding more stress. It’s also meant to engage AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE, so I am offering this challenge for only $10 (Want to get it for free? Contact me and ask me how to do it!).

Encourages mindful (rather than knee-jerk, stress-induced) eating choices through short, practical email prompts.
Offers suggestions on how to include movement into your everyday, using a structured-but-lighthearted game.
Creates support, accountability, and encouragement via a Facebook group and online app.
Embraces Joy, Intention, and SANITY!
What the Holiday Challenge IS NOT…
A hard-core exercise program designed for you to drop pounds and lose inches between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
A detailed system that gives specific meal plans to follow.
A long set of daily emails that must be read and responded to.
The Holiday Challenge starts Monday, November 12. It's 6 weeks long and will inspire us to move daily, make mindful eating decisions, and take a few deep breaths along the way. Yes, only $10/person.
